Kelly Olsen - Health and Safety Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge to Thompson Valley Erectors Ltd. She has helped many large contractors in different provinces reach a high level of health and safety within the industrial construction industry. With that experience, Kelly has guided the Thompson Valley Erectors Ltd. Health and Safety program to advance to higher standards each and every year. We are very pleased to announce that in the fall of 2008, TVE has successfully achieved COR certification with a passing mark of 97%. The bar is set very high, but with our positive commitment, our team welcomes the challenge.
With such dedication to Health and Safety, it is no surprise to our clients that we have some of the industry’s lowest WCB rates.
COR (Certificate of Recognition) is an initiative that recognizes and rewards employers who go beyond the legal requirements of the Workers Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation by taking a best practices approach to implementing health, safety, and return-to-work (RTW) programs. |
